1. HOW DO I PLACE AN ORDER?

Ordering on DermaMed.ca is easy and safe. Once you have found the item you would like to purchase, click the "ADD TO CART" button to place it in your Shopping Cart. Follow the directions through the checkout process to complete your order. Your order will not be completed until the very end of the checkout process, when you will be asked for your credit card/payment information. 

2. IS IT SAFE TO ORDER ON DERMAMED.CA? 

Yes, it is safe to order on DermaMed.ca. We use industry-standard encryption technologies when transferring and receiving customer data exchanged with our site server.

3. CAN I SHIP MY ORDER TO AN INTERNATIONAL LOCATION?

Yes, DermaMed.ca ships internationally. For destinations outside of Canada and the US, simply fill out all the required shipping information during checkout, it is as easy as that!

4. HOW CAN I MAKE RETURNS OR EXCHANGES? 

Items are accepted for return or exchange if returned in the original condition within 30 days and accompanied by a sales receipt. A refund will be made to the purchaser upon request if payment has been received. The refund to the purchaser will be in the form of the original tender. Please refer to Returns & Exchanges for detailed information.

5. HOW DO I QUALIFY FOR FREE SHIPPING? 

We offer FREE STANDARD SHIPPING to Canada on orders over $75, and to USA on orders over $100 for our retail customers. No promo code needed! If your order does not qualify for free shipping, shipping amount will be shown at checkout. Please refer to Shipping & Payments for detailed information. 

I am having trouble with my shipping address.
TIP: Go to www.candapost.ca and click on "Find a Postal Code". You can enter the first line of your street address, city and province and Canada Post will return the standard postal code and correct entry of your city, province and postal code combination.

6. HOW CAN I FIND THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

If you have a tracking number for your order, you can check online with the shipping provider to monitor its progress. Otherwise, you can contact us to inquire about your order if you do have any concerns about it. Please refer to Shipping & Payments for detailed information.

7. HOW DOES THE LOYALTY PROGRAM WORK?

Thank you for being our loyal customer! Customers with store accounts will automatically earn points for purchases. If you don't have one yet, create a store account now! How do I earn points? You get 5 points for every $1 CAD you spend on DermaMed.ca (excluding any shipping fees, taxes & purchases of gift cards). Birthday bonus - You get 500 points in your birthday month! These points can be redeemed for the following rewards: $5 off (500 points), $10 off (975 points), or $20 off (1925 points).
